The Homestead
Set amongst an abundance of majestic trees, sitting on the peak of the property, The Homestead boasts breathtaking views over lush, green pastures and enjoys incredible sunsets year-round.
Featuring five bedrooms, (master with fireplace), each with ensuite, walk-in robe and private deck, The Homestead includes a huge open plan kitchen (complete with wood-fire oven) with butler’s pantry and state-of-the-art cooking appliances.
A large living room with sunken lounge and enormous fireplace (one of the Lane’s signature design features) is further extended by inside and outside dining areas. With a separate tv room and library, large laundry, powder room and boot room, the floor plan is complete.

The Stables
Having been consciously and meticulously designed and built, utilising Australian hardwoods from the original homestead, Copperstone features a state-of-the-arts stables – the ultimate fantasy for any equine lover.
Complete with four stalls, The Stables are fitted out with superior fittings and joinery.
Managed by the estate’s stable hand, the resident horses are always happy to greet guests, with endless pastures and trails to explore by horseback, an invitation to horse ride is extended to guests during their stay.
The Dressage Arena
Inspired by the Lane’s love of horses and dressage, and commitment to nurturing Australia’s next generation of equestrian talent, Copperstone is home to a world-class, Olympic standard Dressage Arena.
One of the star attractions of Copperstone, the endless rows of post and rail Blackbutt fencing, maintained by the estate’s team ensures that The Dressage Arena remains in pristine condition and is always at the ready to play host to various travelling competitions.
The Walled Garden
Providing a more intimate space in the outdoors, The Walled Garden matches remnant stone walls (reminiscent of an ancient Tuscan garden) with iconic rendered archways, all the time capitalising upon the splendid views to the west area of the property.
A magnificent 100 year old persimmon tree, raised planters and a peaceful covered space in the back corner all add surprise, activity, and life to this special part of Copperstone.
Grape vines adorn the shade structure and climbing fig and bougainvillea absorb the walls while a sculpture sits peacefully amongst the blooms. Finished off with a concreate table and chairs, the space welcomes long summer lunches with friends and family.
